Lost or Damaged Items

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, email info@classychristian within 72 hours of delivery to request a free exchange or return. After this 72-hour window, we are not liable for any alleged damages unless you can provide proof that the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable).

LOST PACKAGE?

If you believe your order was lost in transit please email us at info@classychristian.com within 7 days of expected delivery date. If contacted beyond this timeline we are not liable for lost packages and you are not subject to a refund. Be sure to include your full name, order number and email address used to place the order. Please allow up to 48 hours (Not including weekends and holidays) to receive a response.
